1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with The MarcoPolo Trails, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The MarcoPolo Trails.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices include the services explicitly listed in each tour description. Entry fees, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance. In exceptional circumstances (severe weather, government restrictions), we will offer a reschedule or full refund at our discretion.

5. Tour Amendments

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, sites visited, or schedules for reasons of safety, access restrictions, or force majeure. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide an equivalent experience of equal or greater value.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Guests must be in good health and physical condition suitable for the chosen tour. You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. We cannot be held responsible for guests who miss a tour due to late arrival. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

7. Liability

The MarcoPolo Trails acts as a service provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours unless caused directly by our negligence. All guests participate at their own risk.

8. Photography

Photographs taken during tours may be used for our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
